If you made a genuine mistake like this which could have easily been rectified but ended up damaging another component would you hold your hands up and fix the issue or dont accept liability?

I have these parts on my van which I salvaged and I will only charge him labour for, as he doesn't have £3000+ for a new boiler.

Spent hours yesterday rectifying a company's install, it's all good and well going for the cheapest quote but when the boiler is catapulted onto the wall it's going to need rectifying. As per hes no where to be found 😂

I can’t believe we’re already this close to Christmas! 🎄 Where has the time gone?

We’re only around 4 months away now, and before long the colder weather will be here. Typically, from October onwards we start seeing temperatures drop and the heating gets used a lot more, which is also when we tend to see more boiler breakdowns.

If you’re thinking about replacing your boiler, now is a good time to get it sorted rather than waiting until the cold weather arrives and everyone is looking for an installation at the same time.

How many issues can you spot on this 3 year old installation ?

With multiple leaks, no flue sealed, external gas pipe not clipped correctly its amazing companys like this still get business, but you get what you pay for. This client was blind and didnt even realise that the old boiler was still dumped in his garden until i asked why it was left today. 😵‍💫
