Today is White Cane Day, which recognises the white cane as an important symbol of independence and mobility for those who are blind or visually impaired.
It's also an opportunity to think about pedestrian safety and the role our local infrastructure plays in helping everyone move around their communities with greater confidence.
Well-maintained and accessible footways can make a meaningful difference. Uneven surfaces, damage and unnecessary obstacles can create additional challenges for people with visual impairments.
At Rejuvo JPCS, we're proud to help improve and preserve footways across the country, supporting safer and more accessible local spaces for everyone.
