Two materials, one garden that feels completely connected. 🤎

This project combines sandstone paving with brick, creating distinct zones around the garden while tying beautifully into the different brickwork used on the house.

Using materials that complement the bricks used on the property helps the new landscaping feel like it belongs rather than looking like an addition.

A curved flower bed will also soften the large patio area, adding shape and breaking up the expanse of paving.

The result is a garden with definition, character and plenty of space to enjoy.

A little more room makes a big difference. 🤎

This garden had a smaller patio that just didn’t give the space needed for a table and chairs, so we extended it with a new, larger sandstone patio.

The corner has been curved to soften the lines and create a more natural flow through the garden.

A practical space, a softer finish and plenty more room to sit back and enjoy the garden.

Keeping the character, repairing the damage.

We carried out repairs to this stone wall at the beautiful Whatley Manor, carefully restoring the damaged sections while keeping the character and traditional look of the existing wall.

Using sympathetic techniques and matching the existing stonework, the aim was to make the repairs feel like they’ve always been part of the wall.

Another project where attention to detail matters just as much as the finished result.

A complete transformation of a challenging garden space, making the most of every level.

This project combines multi-level sandstone paving, bespoke timber retaining walls, raised planting beds and carefully designed steps, to create a garden that feels both practical and beautifully structured.

The different levels have been connected with wide, comfortable steps, while the timber detailing adds warmth and texture against the contemporary grey paving. The result is a garden with defined spaces for entertaining, planting and relaxing, while making far better use of the available space.

A great example of how clever garden landscaping and level changes can completely transform an awkward outdoor space. 👌

Out with the old. In with the low maintenance. 🙌

This tired, rotting timber decking had reached the end of its life, so we replaced it with a beautiful composite deck that will look great for years to come.

Composite decking offers all the appeal of timber without the ongoing maintenance. It won't rot, warp or splinter, there's no need for regular staining or painting, and it's designed to cope with the British weather while retaining its colour and finish.
