DCS Roofing Achieves NFRC Competent Person Scheme Registration

We are delighted to announce that DCS Roofing Contractors Limited has been accepted onto the NFRC Competent Person Scheme. This is another important milestone for our business and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, compliance and professionalism across every project we undertake.

The NFRC Competent Person Scheme enables approved contractors to self-certify qualifying roofing refurbishment projects where 50% or more of a roof is being refurbished. This removes the need for a separate Building Control application for eligible works, helping to streamline the process while ensuring all work continues to meet current Building Regulations. Last weekend saw 2 days of highs and frustrations at the Super One Series Rounds 7 & 8 at Fulbeck Kart Track, proudly sponsored by DCS Roofing.

A strong start with pole position in Round 7 ended in disappointment after a coolant spill from a backmarker sent several karts into the barriers while I was on course for a podium. Despite a post-race review, the result stood.

Sunday was a much better day, fighting back to finish P2 🥈 with the fastest lap 🟣, keeping me firmly in the championship battle.
