This year P&W Developments has got involved with Mission Christmas. 🎄🎁
This Christmas, hundreds of thousands of children will be living in poverty across the UK. Many are at risk of waking up with nothing under the tree.
Mission Christmas is here to change that. They are getting ready to help Santa reach children who might receive nothing – making sure they have something special to open on Christmas morning.

We've made some good progress at the old bathroom showroom, which is starting to look more like a workshop.
Tasks completed so far:
°Complete rip out of ceilings, walls and all wiring ✅
°Clearing of the jungle at the rear of the unit ✅
°Installation of new concrete access ramp ✅
°New wiring, lighting, transformer and sockets ✅

We have been given the task of redesigning this unit which was used previously as a bathroom studio.
The unit is to be transformed into a functioning workshop with, a small office, toilet and kitchenette.
We will be providing the full package, including:
-Design
-Total rip out including waste control
-Constructon of mew mezzanine storage
- Full rewire, new sockets, lighting etc.
- Concrete ramp
- Decorating
- Plumbing

This client wanted a raised conservatory but without using tons of concrete.
A steel base frame was fabricated at our workshop, transported to site and fixed into position.
This was a cost affective, and time efficient solution which keep disruption to a minimum.
