What a transformation!!!

New roof using Crest Planum roof tiles!

We removed the old slate roof and rotten battens

Reinforced all the purlins to take the extra weight of the concrete tiles

Used new breathable membrane felt and new treated battens

We finished the roof with a new dry ridge system to secure the new ridge tiles

Alexandra Road surgery were having issues with a leaking gulley.

We removed the existing mineral felt gulley

Boarded the gulley installing new steps and more of a fall, for the water to run away

Then used new code 6 lead to ensure it to be watertight

New roof completed in Wangford using new crest double pan tiles!! 😁

The roof on this property in Woodton, was in poor condition.

By using new breathable membrane felt, and by replacing all of the Old red Pan tiles, that had been put in over the years, with new, matching, Old black glazed Pan tiles, this old roof now has a beautiful new look 😊

Natural Slate pyramid garage completed

We used new Spanish slates

A new dry system for the hips

Beautiful finish ☺️

New gulley completed in Beccles

Customer was having issues with water ingress

We removed the old gulley, boarded and built in steps to allow the water to fall away.

Then used new code 6 lead to complete

Completely waterproof 😁

Rear section, of an old pan tile roof, completed in Lowestoft

We replaced the valley with new code 5 lead

Insulated the roof and relayed the old tiles on a new breathable membrane felt.

Much better 😊

Wow what a project this was!!! 😳

Work completed on a grade 2 listed farmhouse

There was so many different challenges on this one, but with over 30 years of experience on the team, we over come them, we smashed it 💪🏻😁

We had to strip the entire main old peg tile roof

The joining old pan tile roof

and we even had to rebuild and re lead a gulley with new code 6 lead

So pleased with the finished result
