Old baxi combi boiler OUT

New Ideal combi boiler IN

The old baxi wasn’t economical to repair. So the homeowner opted to upgrade to a more efficient condensing boiler complete with a 10 years manufactures warranty.

Also removed that section of gas pipe which strangely went 22mm - 15mm and back to 22mm!!

Boiler upgrade

Old back boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tanks in loft OUT.

New Ideal combi boiler with 10 years warranty IN

New 28mm gas run from meter to the boiler.

Had to pick up the existing shower behind the boiler. (It wasn’t me who blew them massive holes in the wall! Lol)

System got a magnacleanse flush to remove any sludge.

New efficient boiler will save the customer lots of 💰 on their fuel bills!

Ideal vogue combi boiler installed with the usual 12 years manufactures warranty!
All new radiators installed with Honeywell thermostatic valves.
System flushed and treated with adey chemicals.

🚨 Emergency boiler swap 🚨

Baxi out Baxi in.

Existing boiler main heat exchanger had split as was leaking.

New heat only boiler installed with magnaclean magnetic filter installed. System flushed with magnacleanse. Condense pipework upgraded to meet current standards once again using to seal up outside.

Old boiler was leaking and the landlord opted to replace the boiler as it had become increasingly unreliable.

New installed with a 10 years manufactures warranty to give the landlord future piece of mind.

done a great job on this one. Bringing the boiler up to current regulations and flushing the system.

Full strip down boiler service on a boiler.

Including replacement of worn ignition electrodes that also contain a sight glass which is no longer classed as a safe component within the boiler. Heat exchanger was cleaned and condenses trap removed and cleaned out.
