What a transformation on this new build property🙌🏼!
Simple but clean🤌🏼🤩

Full rip out on this one. With the old paving finishing two course above the damp course we’ve dug tonnes out to get below height!
New Type 1 sub base with a geotextile membrane underneath.
A huge new patio area with portico beige tiles.
Aco drains to take the surface water as we have a 1/60 fall back to the house.
Sleeper retaining step, with a dark stain.
Pathway leading to the shed with a flower bed.
New turf and another planting border to the right.
Grouted with hessian coloured from Steintec🤌🏼.

Front makeover completed in Rothley🤌🏼 Gotta see the before pictures to appreciate the difference! From an overgrown front garden to a stunning 2 car driveway🙌🏼!

We’ve completely stripped the whole front back to a clean canvas.
Installed a new picket fence, key curb step, charcoal border finished with a 3 size plaza block.
With a border to split the pathway but still incorporated into the driveway.
Dropped curb and new tarmac.

A couple of gardens we’ve completed in melton Mowbray and Loughborough.

Melton project:
We’ve created a new raised seating area at the top of the garden using Khandla grey sandstone.
A small gravelled area for the egg chair.
Planters either side with a new kids play area.
Replaced and extended the patio outside the door leading out to the drive.
Dressed and seeded to level out the grass area.

Loughborough project:
We’ve replaced all current paving with a new sandstone patio with a curve following round to the shed.
A gravel path leading to the shed.
Dressed and seeded to level out the grass area.

Mega transformation wrapped up in quorn🤌🏼

Taken out all the old block paving and walling.
Extended out and a new retaining block wall faced with split face tiles.
Khandla grey mixed sized sandstone slabs and matching copings.
Matching planters either side to add some colour!
In keeping with the same shape but turning into a place you can actually host a bbq on😂👍🏼.

We’ve been mega busy since the start to the year, so posting has been a little quieter than usual — but we’ve got plenty of quality projects we’ve finished lined up to show you over the coming weeks. 🙌🏼

We’ll start it off with this large wraparound patio we completed earlier this year for Groundzman. A lot of hard work and attention to detail went into this one, and we’re really proud of the finished result.
