We have just started preliminary work to acquire planning permission to build a replacement dwelling ✨

This is in the Preston area and the clients want a traditional farmhouse looking property with stone features and in a position to take in the beautiful countryside views. It will have four bedrooms to accommodate the family.🏠🧱

We have given it an up to date feel with an outside balcony with a connecting door from the master suite.

Transforming a traditional farmhouse while respecting its character is always a balance — and this project is an example of how thoughtful design can enhance an existing home without losing its heritage 🙌

For this scheme, we have been working on an extension to an existing farmhouse, carefully blending contemporary elements with the original rural architecture. The design introduces a striking glazed rear extension with warm timber cladding, opening the home up to the surrounding countryside and creating light-filled living spaces that connect beautifully with the landscape 🪻🌼🌺

At Inspire Design we love projects like this — where architecture, landscape and lifestyle come together to create something that feels both timeless and contemporary ✨

A couple of weeks ago we shared some visuals of a brochure we were compiling to help sell a new build property in Leyland 🙌

We have created and have supplied this to the estate agents to help sell this beautiful million pound property 🏠👌

From Concept to Construction 🙌

We have been working on this fantastic project which has been so enjoyable to be a part off 🤍

The clients requested an extraordinary extension on their semi-detached house which they loved but wanted to give it the wow factor and provide additional space both inside and out so we have enjoyed working closely with them to make this dream come true....😃🏠

As you can see from the photo's the construction is well under way.⚒️🪚🧱

We look forward to sharing further updates of the fabulous interiors and also the exciting redesign of the garden and outbuildings.🏡

We have been working closely with some new clients on their plans for a new self build property in the Woodplumpton area, and are delighted that these have now been passed👏👏👏

To assist this process we created floor plans and elevations and also created these CGI visuals to help the planners and the clients to see a clear vision of the property design of their new forever home.🏠😃

We will happily share this project and its developments over the coming months 🫶

Kicking off the New Year in style ✨

We’ve been busy creating a sales brochure for a client’s new-build property currently on the market.

Starting with 2D drawings, we’ve produced high-quality CGI visuals to bring the million pound home to life.

The brochure showcases the property with furniture placement kitchen and bathroom concepts, colour palettes, lighting and finishes so buyers can truly understand the space long before the final bricks are laid. 🏡

Once printed, the brochure will be used by their local estate agents to help visually sell the property, not just the floorplans, giving buyers confidence towards a sale.

We’ll be sharing the finished brochure very soon. 📖✨

🌟 Master Bedroom Transformation! 🌟

We recently had the pleasure of revamping a master bedroom, creating a warm and inviting space while making use of the client’s existing furniture. 💕

✨ To add depth and character, we introduced beautiful wall panelling painted in the stunning ‘Sulking Room Pink’ by Farrow & Ball. This rich, moody pink paired perfectly with walls in ‘Great White’, a shade with subtle pink undertones, giving the room a gentle warmth.

✨ To complete the look, we designed bespoke curtain drapes with a tailored top pelmet, adding a touch of elegance and luxury to the space.

This once all-white bedroom is now a cosy retreat, perfect for relaxing in style.
