Just obtained Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent to convert this Church to a House. Mezzanine upper floor allows light to pe*****te the internal space from the large South facing windows, which will be replaced by beautiful bespoke timber casement sections which will retain the stone tracery. an extension to the old Vestry at the rear of the property will create a master bedroom with amazing views over Fairmont to St aAndrews. Really looking forward to starting this project on site. K
