Acton Town Project

As part of the wider remodelling and refurbishment of this property, this stage of the Acton Town Project focuses on the internal finishes and floor construction.
These photographs capture the installation of the dry underfloor heating system, using an extruded XPS panel system, followed by the fitting of the engineered timber flooring and bespoke skirting boards.
The floor build-up provides an efficient and carefully considered solution for integrating underfloor heating while maintaining a clean, level finish beneath the engineered timber boards.
Attention to detail throughout the installation ensures that the new flooring, skirting and surrounding finishes come together seamlessly as part of the wider transformation of the property.

Acton Town Project

As part of a wider remodelling and refurbishment project, we present here a Kitchen-to-Sitting Room conversion, creating a stronger connection between the property and the garden.

These photographs capture the process from initial demolition, through structural steel installation, to the fitting of the new Cortizo sliding door system.

Careful structural alterations allowed for the creation of a wide opening, maximising natural light and providing seamless access to the outdoor space.

This project included: structural alterations to open up the space, a complete refurbishment, new services, a bespoke kitchen, upgraded glazing, and new internal doors throughout.
