Fourth Breathe Paint Connect session 🎨🌿

Another one filled with good vibes, relaxation, laughter and creativity.

We had new faces, a new location, and a slightly different setting, but the vibe stayed exactly the same. 😊

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, took part, painted, moved, laughed and simply gave themselves a couple of hours to slow down and enjoy the moment.

We're really grateful to be able to offer Breathe Paint Connect for free to local people, and we're looking forward to keeping these sessions going and welcoming even more of the community along.

We hope to keep creating a space where local people can come together, switch off for a while and enjoy themselves.❤️

Another beautiful Saturday at West Ham Park 🌿🎨

More movement, more urban art, more new faces, more colour, and eventually, even two dogs! 🐕🐕

Another Breathe Paint Connect session filled with creativity, good energy and new connections.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, painted with us and brought their energy to the bandstand. ❤️

Until the next one…

Breathe. Paint. Connect.

Last Saturday we launched something we’ve been building for a while 🎨🌿

Breathe, Paint, Connect — a free community experience combining gentle movement and urban art — came to life at West Ham Park Bandstand in Newham.

A small but beautiful group joined us. People who’d never picked up a spray can left with something they made themselves. People who came alone left having connected with strangers.

That’s exactly what this is about.

Big thank you to everyone who came and to Valeria for leading the most calming opening session in a park on a sunny morning 🙏

We have more free sessions coming every Saturday through to October at West Ham Park.

Interested in joining? Drop a 🎨 in the comments or send us a message directly and we’ll send you all the details to reserve your free spot.
