PIT PUMP OUTS - WINDSOR CASTLE

We had an exciting job at Windsor Castle pumping out their pit that was full of contaminated water! Not only did we get too see the beautiful castle we even saw the King being escorted out of the castle in a horse and carriage.

14/07/2026

This pit was not only full of oil and mould there was sewage in it as well. To be quite frank it stunk! These are not suitable working conditions for engineers who have to carry out their routine maintenance works. Everyone check your pits, you don’t know what is hiding behind those doors. 🤢

Contact us today for all contaminated water to be removed for full separation and filtration - as all water is classed as contaminated!

When your whole camera roll is lift pits and your phone makes its own slideshow…

We have been very busy thanks to all of our lovely customers! 😃

Just a quick reminder of how important the cleanliness and removal of water/ oil is in a pit.
Although the pit is not always seen by the public, it is still just as crucial as the lift itself. Without a clean dry environment engineers will not be able to safely conduct their works within the pit- that’s why Storvite Services is here!
