An interesting day today, 63A fuse gone and resolved as well as one of the phases was down. Reported to DNO who will be out later to deal with it. 3 phase, is very important for all the buildings as a generally controlled lifts, heating, water pumps. Process of reporting it was very smooth and the lady and understood the urgency behind it. An hour later, I had a phone call and someone’s gonna be there to investigate further
