With more than 20 years’ experience working in the building trade, and a City and Guild qualification under his belt, there’s no doubt that London-bred Craig Biggadike knows his stuff. Following some sound advice from his grandfather to “learn a trade” Craig did just that. His work life began in a local builders merchants where he had the opportunity to learn the ropes in hands-on carpentry. He la
ter moved onto on-site project management for large council projects and high-spec government buildings. Realising that there was an opportunity to provide a one-stop-service for home renovations and refurbishments in North London, Craig started building on his contacts and portfolio. He worked around the clock, taking on extra projects outside of his daytime job. And it was over a cold beer with friends in his local Greek restaurant that he decided to take the plunge and set up on his own. Shortly after that, the name Biggabuild came into play and in August 2015, the firm was established and ready to trade. Its mission was to make it as easy and smooth as possible for customers to transform their properties into their ideal homes. Just one year on, Craig has succeeded in building a team who believe in providing outstanding value, without compromising on the personal service or the quality of the project delivered. Biggabuild comprises of a close-knit team of contractors across all skillsets and has a loyal (and growing) customer base. Customers range from first-time buyers all the way through to mature couples who are downsizing.
