Project Complete | Stratford Shopping Centre 🔥

Another project completed for our valued client Sandell at Stratford Shopping Centre.

Our team constructed a watertight enclosure to provide secure access to the existing fuse boards and spurs, incorporating:

☑️ White Rock hygienic panelling
☑️ 1-hour fire-rated access panels
☑️ A clean, durable and fully sealed finish

The finished installation provides both fire protection and practical access, while maintaining a professional finish within the space.

☀️ Last Friday, we took some time away from site and the office for our City FP Summer Get Together!

Dinner, drinks and a rooftop setting made for a brilliant evening with the team. 🍽️🍸🌇

At City FP, we believe it’s important to take the time to get together outside of work. Team bonding gives everyone the chance to relax, have a laugh and get to know each other away from the office and site.

A great team is built on more than just the work we do, it’s about the people behind it. 🤝

🔥 Fire safety and architectural design can go hand in hand.

At City Fire, we believe clients shouldn’t have to compromise between compliance and appearance.

On this project, our team constructed a new fire-rated wall and installed a 60 minute fire-rated doorset, incorporating a project-specific fire-engineered solution that allowed the existing decorative timber cladding to remain in place. 👏

The result? ✅
✔️ The client’s intended aesthetics were preserved.
✔️ The fire safety measures identified within the Fire Risk Assessment were fully addressed.
✔️ The project insurer’s requirements were successfully met.

Through careful planning, technical coordination, and quality installation, we delivered a solution that balanced design, compliance, and performance - proving that with the right expertise, you don’t have to choose one over the other. 💡
