Saved another house from going up in flames today. This was caused by the previous contractor didn’t tighten up the terminals tight enough.
This is also why it’s very important to have a fire rated fuse board.

Called out to a long term client this week, she had no electric in the kitchen so we had to dry out the damp and wet electrics so we could get the freezer on. Next week we will rewire the kitchen.
