Every new home owners nightmare 😲😭😒

I was asked to carry out a EICR on this property and tbh i didn't bother to continue after my initial findings.

The service head looks like it's seen better days
The fuseboard is hanging on for dear life.. literally
The kitchen ring is a complete f@ up
Non IP rated bathroom lights
The list continues......

I honestly don't know how the sellers got away with this.

Also DIYers please, leave the electrical work alone, unless you can do it correct lol

Damp from the brickwork caused the backbox to deteriorate. What could have cauesed this mini 🔥

Pleased to annouce that TF Electrical has passed their annual Napit assessment⚡️

The first year has definitely been an eye opener. There's been highs and lows. Ups and down. Alot of positives to take starting out on my own.
