Requirements to join us:

- Certificate of Incorporation – As a private limited company.
- VAT Registration Certificate – If your company is not VAT registered, please confirm this in writing.
- Employer’s Liability Insurance – Minimum £5 million cover (if applicable).
- Public Liability Insurance – Minimum £5 million cover. Please send the full policy schedule, not just the certificate.
- Bank Details – On official company-headed paper.
- Company UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference).
- Health & Safety Policy – Required if your company employs more than five people.
- Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Training Records – Including CSCS, manual handling, working at height, etc.
- A CSCS card or proof of booking/passing a H&S test is mandatory.
- SSiP Accreditation – Such as CHAS (desirable but not required).
- Asbestos Awareness Training – UKATA-certified (mandatory). We can assist with arranging this if needed.
- Photos of All Operatives – so we can issue ID badges.
- DBS Certificates – For all operatives listed in the training assessment and working on our properties.

The projects include:
- Basic joinery
- Internal decoration
- Basic plumbing
- Tiling repairs
- Various external works, such as gardening and patio repairs of 1-2 bedroom homes

The Ministry of Defence's (Aldershot) and the social housing (South East London) current projects include worktop and bath replacement, painting, basic plumbing, tiling repairs, and laying or repairing patio slabs, patios (2-4 bedroom homes, rates vary depending on size and duties).
