A few pics from a job we carried out last week for Motive8, at their bespoke gym and spa at London Dock, E1.

This included extensive repairs to water damaged ceilings in the changing rooms.

We needed to scrape back and treat all damaged areas with guardz and peel stop, before applying their Bullseye 1-2-3 primer and stain block.

For the final top coats we used Zinsser PermaWhite mould resistant paint in the clients chosen colour.

Completion of two feature walls in an office and bedroom, for a client in Islington N7.

The client chose vibrant colours for the feature, going for Moroccan Flame in the office, and Honey Mustard in the bedroom, both in a vinyl soft sheen finish.

A few pics from our most recently finished job in Islington, N7. A full rip out was carried out to incorporate the open plan living and kitchen area, with under floor heating installed throughout.

All walls and ceilings finished in intelligent matt and plant based marble matt emulsion, with all wooodwork finished in LG’s intelligent eggshell.

The client chose to go uniform throughout, using Mylands’ Holland Park colour, opting for Olive no. 72 below the picture rail in the main bedroom

We recently spent a week refurbishing the exterior of a beautiful property in Haggerston, N1.

We stripped back the front door and all fence areas using our trusty deros sander, then treated it and left it overnight, followed by finishing it with a clear matt varnish.

Completion of the upper level bedroom conversion into a large bathroom and walk in wardrobe, which included a full renovation of the landing area and a new loft hatch fitted.

A lot of work was carried out on this beautiful Georgian townhouse in Theberton Street N1, including the re levelling of the floor throughout the upper levels.

A recent job we have just completed for a client in Haggerston, E2. All walls and ceilings finished in Dulux Trade fine cream matt, apart from bedroom and study. All doors and woodwork primed followed by an undercoat, and finished off in fine cream eggshell.
