We're excited to announce that we've secured Planning Permission for 23 studio flats for a new Apart-hotel on Gloucester Road in South Kensington. The site, nestled within the Cornwall Conservation Area, showcases a sympathetic retrofit of an existing historic building for a contemporary purpose. This ambitious project entails the intricate remodelling of a Victorian seven-storey terrace building, incorporating a four-storey rear extension, a new mansard roof, and the installation of a lift. Stay tuned as we gear up to commence on-site operations later this year.

We are delighted that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have granted Planning Approval for our Apart-Hotel scheme in Philbeach Gardens in Earl's Court.
The scheme contains a new garden cafe in a stunning glass pavillion with six new apart-hotel rooms in a basement below the cafe as part of an extension to the existing hotel. The minimalist new pavillion will provide clear views from the hotel rooms to the existing London Plane trees at the rear of the exquisite landscaped garden. Construction is due to start at the end of the year.

The development is an eye catching scheme with a new four storey green wall which has transformed the south end of this iconic street in central London.

The development provides 13,000 sq.ft of newly refurbished office space including an additional 4,500 sq.ft of new offices plus two new roof terraces with panoramic views over London.
