Enable Resourcing is looking for experienced Site Agents / Site Managers to support ongoing highways and civil engineering projects across Cumbria, the North East and Yorkshire.

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

• Highway Surfacing / Asphalt
• Civil Engineering / Highways

The Role
Managing day-to-day site operations and project delivery
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials
Planning works and monitoring progress against programme
Managing H&S, quality and site documentation
Liaising with clients, engineers and project teams
Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently

Requirements
Proven Site Agent / Site Manager experience
Strong background in surfacing/asphalt OR civils/highways
SMSTS or SSSTS
Appropriate CSCS card
Strong leadership and communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Permanent and temporary/contract opportunities available.
