Project update - Huddleston Road N7.

The owners of this lower ground floor flat bought the flat with planning permission for a side and rear extension. This layout had several issues, which we were able to resolve while working with the existing planning permission.

The key was in the hallway, where triangular oak joinery housing cloaks, and utility goods allowed the corridor to shift, and enter the galley kitchen in the middle of the room.

The entire ground floor has been reconfigured including new retaining wall, and bin store at the front, and rear landscaping works.
