What was once just a flat roof… is now a stunning new floor with a sleek modern terrace! 🏗️➡️🏡

We’re proud to have delivered this project where we built an additional floor on top of the existing building — creating brand new living space and a beautiful outdoor area with glass balustrades and ambient lighting.

Sometimes it’s the little details that make the biggest difference. 🌱

Our latest commercial project in Soho is now complete, and while the architecture and bold entrance set the tone, it’s the addition of greenery that really brings the space to life. A simple row of planters softens the street frontage, adds warmth, and creates a welcoming feel without overcomplicating the design.

Thrilled to share a glimpse of our project ✨

This space has been reimagined to balance character with comfort. We introduced double glazing to maximize natural light and improve insulation, while acoustic ceiling panels ensure a quieter, more focused working environment. The modern herringbone flooring adds warmth and style, seamlessly blending with the original exposed brick wall, preserving the building’s charm while elevating its functionality.

The result is a workspace that feels both contemporary and timeless – a perfect mix of design and practicality.

For our project, we’ve used posi joists – a clever combination of timber and metal webs that provide excellent strength while leaving plenty of open space for services like pipes, ductwork, and wiring. They make installation more efficient and keep the building flexible for the future.

Above, you can also see the AOV. This skylight not only floods the space with beautiful natural light (just look at those shadows 😍) but also provides vital smoke ventilation in case of emergency, improving both safety and comfort.

🎉 Big milestone today! The final major delivery is landing on the roof — just in time before the scaffold comes down. 🚛🏗️

It’s been a long journey getting to this point, and we’re excited to see the build take shape without the scaffolding in the way. This marks the start of a new phase, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next! 🙌
