Warranty Coverage

All workmanship completed by All About Graft is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This warranty covers faults or issues directly related to the quality of our workmanship.

If a problem arises due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, repair or correct the work at no additional labour cost.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

* General wear and tear
* Damage caused by weather, storms, flooding, or natural movement
* Lack of maintenance by the customer
* Damage caused by third parties
* Misuse, accidental damage, or neglect
* Materials supplied by the customer
* Plant loss due to weather conditions, pests, or lack of watering/maintenance

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining completed work and following any aftercare advice provided by All About Graft.

Liability

All About Graft will not be held responsible for indirect, accidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the original work completed.
