We are excited to submit this application with Wokingham Council. A lean to side Extension to serve a study and utility room, with Shower Room, as well the open plan rear ground floor section, to connect the garden with Kitchen Dining experience. The island will serve as the focal point of the house.

Another Planning Permission in Dorking! A huge thank you again to Mole Valley Council for the collaborative approach working philosophy. The rear extension to a beautiful period terraced dwelling, will serve a larger kitchen and Dining area with a more defined patio space. Enhancing the existing space by utilising the side aspect. Part Pitch glazed feature and part warm flat roof.

We cannot wait for the Building Regs stage to get under way.

Another planning permission achieved in Woking, Surrey. Although Permitted Development applied, through an obstructive and objective neighbour, the applicant sought to apply for Householder Planning instead.

We received the consent despite the neighbour formal objection during the application. This is a reminder to those neighbours who wish to obstruct, whilst one has the right to object and comment, anyone has the right to peaceful enjoyment of their land and premises. This extends to alterations and extensions or change of use, under GDPO or the Town and County Planning Act. It is the Applicant rights to exercise.

We are grateful for the LPA support of the proposals including their assessment, this proposal fell under Permitted Development. We trust the neighbour will now work with us and not obstruct Party Walls matters going forward.

Onto the Building Regs application and our sincere thanks to the Applicant for her bravery as she held her nerve during the application process. We will continue to support her through to completion of works.
