A flat roof we have recently completed at Bromley Lawn and Tennis Club. We removed all asbestos sheets , supplied and installed new timber joists with 18mm OSB we then applied a three layer torch on system with new white plastic fascia to all 4 sides of the squash court with a new black plastic 150mm gutter. A client sent us this photo this morning now scaffold is all down. of the front of this block flats we did at the end last year in Fulham. We use a natural slate roof covering with all code 4 lead flashing and a 3 layer touch on felt system to front dormer tops and main crown flat roof. Visit www.sapsford.co
