Another one of our projects well underway.

Riverside court plant rooms were nearing the end of there functional life. We’re currently bringing a new lease of life to the heart of the building by stripping out and installing three commercial boiler plantrooms serving 95 apartments. Including Installing new mechanical wiring and BMS systems and replacing the thermal insulation to the existing car park pipe work.

Stage one of the strip out and building works is well underway.

One of our bespoke mechanical, plumbing and heating installation's completed 2020. This is a shining example of how our service has evolved to the high standard we currently hold ourselves too. A 50,000 sq ft high end residential property, consisting of Comfort Cooling Installations, Commercial Car Park Ventilation & Extraction, Air Handling Installations, Commercial Plant Room, Above Ground Drainage and Pluming & Heating Installations. This project has highlighted our collective work ethic, and the adjustments we can make in order to accommodate a client.
