A Sunday installation from a few weeks ago. Our customer was experiencing an intermittent fault with their air pressure switch, which had unfortunately become obsolete. After discussing the options, they decided to replace the system with a new combi boiler, even though the existing unit was only serving their hot water. They currently have electric radiators but wanted the option to add central heating radiators in the future.

We installed a Main 25 Eco Compact Combi, which comes complete with a shock arrester, scale reducer, and a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

We were recommended to this customer.
Due to a high repair cost and significant corrosion on the existing boiler. The customer decided to proceed with a full replacement, so we supplied and installed a new Baxi 418.

As part of the job, we also power flushed the system. There was already a relatively new magnetic filter in place, so no additional filter was required.

This was a Sunday installation, completed last weekend. We were called out to a boiler where the heat exchanger had developed a pinhole leak. The customer chose to replace the boiler rather than replace the heat exchanger.

We supplied and installed a new Worcester 18Ri, complete with a full power flush and a Worcester system filter, extending the manufacturer’s guarantee to 10 years.

First week back after the Christmas break, we completed a project that involved installing a new internal water supply to the loft extension. The existing hot water cylinder was relocated to the eaves and replaced with a Gledhill horizontal unvented cylinder.

We also installed a Worcester Bosch 8000, 35kW system boiler, complete with a 28mm Worcester system filter and fully zoned heating, with lever valves fitted to each zone. The 1st floor and ground floor heating circuits are scheduled to be re-run and fully separated into individual zones at a later date.

Our final boiler installation of 2025 🎄

We were recommended to a new customer who contacted us on Christmas Eve requesting a quotation for a new boiler. Although we had to wait for the plumbers’ merchants to reopen, we were happy to fit this installation in during the Christmas holidays.

We supplied and installed a Worcester Greenstar 24Ri, complete with a Worcester system filter, extending the manufacturer’s guarantee to 10 years. Another job completed to a high standard and a very happy customer to finish the year.

We were contacted by a customer who had been advised by another engineer to replace their boiler due to a fault with the main heat exchanger. We provided an estimate for replacing the heat exchanger but advised against this option, as the boiler is 15 years old and the cost of repair would be high. We also provided an estimate for installing a new boiler. After considering both options, the customer decided to proceed with a new boiler installation. We fitted a Vaillant ecotec pro 24, a central heating filter, shock arrestor and a scale reducer.

The customer contacted us following a visit from British Gas, who had advised that the boiler required replacement and that the system needed a powerflush. Upon starting, we discovered that the cold feed was blocked. We cut out the affected section and cleared the pipework. We then supplied and installed a new Main Eco Compact 15 kW heat-only boiler and power flushed the system.

One of our customers contacted us regarding a leaking boiler. Upon arrival, we found that the main heat exchanger had failed and was leaking. The customer chose to replace the boiler rather than install a new heat exchanger.

We fitted a new Vaillant 835 combi boiler along with a new flue, scale reducer, Vaillant filter, and shock arrestor. This installation comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

This is the second boiler we’ve fitted for our customer. They recently moved into a new home, and their previous boiler was condemned, so they contacted us to install a new one.

We supplied and fitted a Worcester 8000 36kW regular boiler, complete with a 28mm Worcester filter. To improve the installation, we slightly repositioned the boiler to the left to avoid it being crammed into the corner. We also upgraded the primary pipes to 28mm, installed Hive smart controls, and performed a full Powerflush on the system. Finally, we lagged both the new and existing pipework.

This boiler comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee for added peace of mind.

This is the second boiler we’ve fitted for our customer. They recently moved into a new home a few months ago, and their previous boiler was condemned, so they required a new one.

We supplied and fitted a Worcester 8000 36kW system boiler. Due to this boiler being larger in size we slightly moved its location , we upgraded the primary pipes to 28mm, fitted a 28mm Worcester filter, fitted hive smart controls and lagged all the pipework. We also performed a Powerflush to ensure everything runs smoothly.

A customer contacted us wanting to update her shower. She was frustrated with the textured tiles that were difficult to keep clean, felt the shower cubicle was too large for the bathroom, and was experiencing issues with the waste backing up. We installed a smaller offset quadrant shower tray with a new cubical along with a new Triton electric shower and rerun the waste which the last plumber used silicon to join the fittings creating blockages. To help keep costs down, we re-fitted the existing basin, vanity unit, and mirrored cupboards.
