Introducing our latest project in the heart of Chelsea.

Behind the retained original façade, this home has been almost entirely rebuilt using a timber frame construction, with a new basement and mansard extension creating a sustainable family home.

Sustainability has driven the approach from the outset, incorporating reclaimed brick, steel and timber throughout, alongside an air source heat pump, solar PV, rainwater harvesting and natural insulation.

We're looking forward to sharing more as the project progresses.

A new Belgravia project is underway.

Five three-bedroom homes, one two-bedroom home, and a small office block across two floors, built almost entirely in timber frame. It's a method we don't get to use at this scale often, and one that's central to how sustainably this project has been designed.

The site sits within a working mews, surrounded by houses with decades of history of their own. The brief: build new, but build so it feels like it's always been here.

We'll be following the build from timber frame to finished home.

We are proud to share this recognition alongside Horwood Interiors, whose design vision made this Kensington Townhouse what it is. A triple-aspect corner house, filled with light, built around the way a family truly lives.

This is what happens when builder and interior designer work in genuine lockstep. Every decision considered, every detail carried through. The result speaks for itself.

A Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in Belgravia, comprehensively reconstructed behind its original Portland stone facade to deliver over 9,000 sq ft across the main house and a separate mews.

Working within a listed building of this age and significance requires a particular approach. The original staircase carefully restored. Period cornicing and detailing preserved throughout. Contemporary interventions, including a newly constructed basement pool and spa, bespoke hydraulic passenger lift, and a 520 sq ft south-facing terrace, resolved without compromise to the architectural integrity of the building above.

Eight bedrooms. A 9-metre pool. A formal dining room with a 13ft table. Every room finished to the same standard, from the entrance hall to the lower ground floor.

A project that demanded as much restraint as it did ambition.

Behind this Mayfair façade sits a residence with a history few homes can claim.

Built in 1904 on the site of a former royal palace, the building once hosted Queen Victoria and Prime Minister Gladstone.

Our work has been to restore its period cornicing and wall panelling by hand, while introducing a bespoke oak parquet floor with a wenge and quarter sawn oak border, a considered balance of heritage and craftsmanship.

Westmoreland slate is no longer being quarried in the UK. Every tile that exists is all that remains.

On this Wimbledon refurbishment, we removed the entire existing roof by hand, cleaned each tile individually, and reinstalled them using a random sling method in diminishing courses. Longer tiles at the base, shorter towards the ridge, with up to 60 tiles covering a single square metre at the top.

It is a technique far more complex than traditional slate laying. It is also the only way to do this material justice.

We are proud to share our completed project in Knightsbridge.

A full refurbishment of a Grade II listed raised ground floor apartment, delivering 1,420 sq ft across a single floor. Working within a listed building demands a particular discipline. Original period features, including Victorian cornicing, plaster mouldings, and a stone fireplace, were meticulously restored and retained throughout, while the interior was brought fully up to a contemporary standard.

The result is a home where the history of the building and the quality of the finish are given equal weight.

We are proud to share another completed project in Belgravia.

A full refurbishment of a seven-floor townhouse, delivering 6,587 sq ft across basement to fourth floor. Works included a full interior fit-out across six bedrooms, two reception rooms, a bespoke kitchen, cinema, gym, steam room, bar, and two terraces, each finished to the same standard throughout.

Every detail considered. Every finish carried through.
