CHANGING THE FOUNDATION MID-PROJECT.
What happens when the foundation design changes after work has already started? It affects much more than just one drawing. Excavation, concrete, structural details, programme and cost all need to be reviewed.

On this project, the solution changed from piled to strip foundations. Our role was to ensure every detail was carefully coordinated before moving on to the next stage — and we got it right.

Delighted to see this Little Venice townhouse featured in Livingetc.

Originally dark and enclosed, the 1900s home was transformed into a light-filled, open and flexible space, with its original character carefully balanced with a more contemporary way of living.

In this Little Venice primary suite, luxury reveals itself quietly — through texture, light and exceptional craftsmanship.

Conceived as a private retreat, the spa-like en-suite bathroom is wrapped in an atmosphere of calm. Its defining feature is a sculptural, hand-finished wall that lends the room depth and a wonderfully tactile quality. When illuminated, the relief truly comes alive, as light and shadow move across its surface and accentuate every subtle contour.

Achieving such an apparently effortless finish required patience and precision. The lead designer and specialist craftsman spent several days creating and refining sample panels on site before arriving at exactly the right pattern.

The same considered approach continues into the bedroom — a warm, neutral space shaped entirely by bespoke details. Every piece of furniture was made to measure, including the wall-spanning headboard, which incorporates soft lighting and discreet power sockets. The result is a cocooning interior where beauty, comfort and everyday practicality feel completely inseparable.

Digging out space for a new room. This room didn’t exist before the renovation. At our recently completed renovation and extension in Little Venice, London, we excavated to create an entirely new space. Designed as a quiet, stylish study, it also doubles as a welcoming guest room whenever needed.

It’s a thoughtful example of what a well-planned renovation can unlock: more usable space, greater flexibility and a home that adapts to everyday life.

Before a home can take shape, it must first be stripped back to its foundations.

Our renovation and extension project is underway in Canary Wharf, one of London’s major business districts. Working alongside Akira Yamanaka Architects, we are helping to bring their creative vision to life.

Following site preparation and a careful strip-out of old finishes, utilities and selected walls, our team is now working on the lower level—excavating excess soil, preparing the foundations and carrying out drainage alterations.

When storage becomes part of the atmosphere.

Recently crafted for our Little Venice renovation, this generous glass-fronted kitchen cupboard brings storage, display and light into one beautifully considered feature. Soft, warm LED lighting illuminates the shelves, giving the pieces within a jewel-like presence and lending the kitchen a quiet, inviting glow after dark.

When materials flow naturally from one room to another, the whole home feels connected.

Natural wood with a consistent grain runs throughout the home, featured across kitchen fronts, staircases and doors, bringing warmth and a cohesive feel to every space. Microcement was chosen for the floors, walls and sections of the ceiling.

This design introduces soft, rounded corners, curved mirrors and gently shaped furniture to create a calm, flowing feel throughout the space. Generous use of glass helps the interior feel more open and spacious, while subtle LED lighting built into the walls and furniture highlights key details and adds a warm, cosy glow. Brass accents bring a refined touch and complete the overall look.

BEFORE & AFTER
Four metres transformed the way this home feels — and the way it connects with the garden.

The living and dining areas now extend four metres towards the garden, opening directly onto a cosy courtyard. Large openings and thoughtful design help connect the interior with the greenery outside, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. A separate pavilion across the courtyard adds a peaceful space for yoga and relaxation.
