Another fencing job completed over in Kingston.

This was definitely a tricky one! There were multiple challenges, including taking down the leaning wall whilst making sure not to damage any residents’ cars. That’s without the mammoth task of removing the bamboo. All that said, with a few early starts and late finishes we got it done💪.

Another project completed on a lovely period property over in Guildford

This one consisted of lots of smaller jobs and finishing touches on a newly purchased property, getting everything ready for the client to move in.

The works included:

- One room bonded and plastered ready for decorating after new electrical points were installed.
- Two floors re-boarded after previously being replaced with CaberDek and cut into for earlier works. We also made sure to create inspection panels to allow easy access to any services beneath the floors in the future.
- Finished off with a small floating composite deck.

Hopefully, we’ll be back at this one next year to lift and relay the York stone terrace, along with a few other bits and pieces. 🙌

Two houses, the same repair — nearly two years apart.

Another job completed over in Twickenham, this time repairing a parapet wall that had deteriorated over the years due to general weathering, rain and erosion.

What makes this job even better is that it came as a recommendation from the neighbour. Two houses, the same issue, and nearly two years apart — exactly how we like to do business.

Another roof completed over in Twickenham.
This one was completed using the Restec Roofing Flexitec system, allowing us to correctly tie into the neighbouring EPDM roof and create a proper, watertight connection.
We’re also able to provide a 25-year manufacturer’s guarantee on this system, giving the customer that extra peace of mind.
On a side note: we’re seeing issues like this more and more often. This roof would never have needed replacing if the original work had been carried out correctly in the first place.
It’s a reminder that using the right system and getting the details right from the start can make all the difference.

-Re-painting the whole property filling cracks and completing all the necessary preparation work
-New PVC facias
-NewPVC soffits
-New gutters and down pipes

Another little project completed over in Hampton, this was a really satisfying project to complete managing to push our selfs and complete it in only 3 days two men 🙌.
(It was more like 5 days by the time you add up the hours 🤦‍♂️)

-Dig out
-lay sub-base and Terram
-New manhole bedded
-lay and cut porcelain
-Grout and stone

It’s great to see a garden getting used 🙌, it’s not often we get to see the gardens we create in full swing.
This project was recently completed over in Hamptonhill, we had a very important deadline a birthday party giving us only 10 days to complete this project, the furniture was on order and we made a start 💪.
-removal of old patio and dig-out
-Geo-textile membrane and sub-base
- Two! Indian sandstone laid

Just to make it even harder there was no access for a skip or grab😖.
