Customer phoned as they were having water leaking under their downstairs bathroom flooring. On inspection with the CCTV camera we found the rest bend for the upstairs WC stack to be cracked, and leaking into the downstairs area whenever flushed upstairs! Once we sourced the problem we carried out an excavation to replace the rest bend, restoring flow and no more leaks into the house. The customer also had a broken manhole cover, which was removed and replaced on the same day to avoid any tripping/falling hazards into the broken manhole!

Recently called to a local primary school who were having constant blockages with one of their WC’s. On arrival, using the CCTV camera, we found the rest bend at the bottom to be collapsed causing major blockages. We re-attended and carried out an excavation inside the toilets to replace the rest bend and re-fit the WC to restore the flow to the toilets!

Our team were called to a property who were having foul smells in the front drive, on further inspection we found a un-trapped outlet connecting onto the foul sewage system causing smells to rise up! We re-attended and excavated down to the pipework to install a gully trap to ensure there are no more bad smells! Another happy customer.

Customer was having major blockages due to the pipework having a 50% scale/grease build up throughout the stack and a large belly on the horizontal pipe work! We replaced all pipework to restore all flow and left the customer very happy with no more blockages!

We were called out to a local business who were having issues with a blocked macerator and blocked drains. Cleaned out the macerator as the blades were blocked with tissue and wipes. Once that was cleared, we then focused on the drains. Upon clearing the drain, we discovered that it has collapsed, this will cause issues going forward if it is not rectified.

Customer called us today regarding constant flooding on their driveway when there’s a heavy downpour. Found the aco drainage and gully to be 100% blocked with debris (silt, leaves and mud) dug all aco drainage out and used scoops to dig the gully out. Lifted the manhole up and jetted upstream towards the gully to fully clean the line, checked using the CCTV unit and found everything to be clear. Refitted aco covers, gully grate and manhole cover. Drainage is now back to 100% flow rate and all is freeflowing

Customer called us regarding the flat roof above his warehouse full of expensive machinery. The gully was blocked which would cause the flat roof to flood and leak into the warehouse. Removed all the debris (mud, leaves and a lucozade bottle) from the gully, we then jetted the outlet and made sure all was freeflowing. Gully is now clear and will no longer leaking causing damage to the warehouse below.

Customer called us for a leak coming from the ceiling. Traced leak to be coming from the staff toilets above. On further inspection, we found the pan connector to be split. We removed the defective pan connector and installed a new flexi pan connector with basin waste connection.

Our engineers were called out for an emergency flood in Croydon yesterday. A blocked storm water drain in the car park was causing water to flood into tenants garages. Swiftly we cleared the blockage using HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) and restored the storm drain back to its original flow rate.
