Great progress on site as we continue to hit key milestones 👷‍♂️🏗️

🔹 Preparing the base and installing main hole covers, getting everything ready for tarmac works on Tuesday
🔹 Successful completion of the second floor concrete pour – another major milestone achieved
🔹 Third floor decking underway, setting up for next week’s concrete pour

Excellent teamwork on site, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while keeping the programme moving forward. Big thanks to everyone involved for the continued effort and commitment.

As the year comes to an end, we'd like to thank our suppliers for their excellent service and support throughout the year, and a huge thank you to our team for their hard work, commitment, and outstanding effort.

🚧 Section 278 Works Completed – Strangers Way, Luton 🚧

Pleased to confirm the successful completion of the remaining Section 278 works at Strangers Way, Luton.

Our team has delivered:
• Completion of the new speed table/hump (0900-003 – Round Ended Road Hump)
• Removal of the existing 75mm tarmac layer and full formation reconstruction in the bell mouth
• Installation of minimum 200mm Type 1 granular sub-base (Clause 803), with sub-formation and capping depths constructed as per specification
• Installation of 200mm ST1 concrete roadbase where carriageway
• New kerbs installed to the exit side and kerbs reset on the entrance side
• Smooth tie-in to the existing highway
• Completion of the outstanding footpath works, including tactile paving

A great effort from the team in delivering these final elements safely and to a high standard.

We are thrilled to share that Matranxhi Construction Ltd has been awarded a new contract at St Peter’s Street. The development, designed by Patton Architecture, includes:
• Three commercial units
• 41 luxury apartments

Our scope of works:
🔹 Groundworks
🔹 Drainage
🔹 RC Frame
🔹 Hard landscaping

Today was another great milestone on site. ✅

Our team completed all steel fixing, and we successfully poured several plinths and underpinning. A solid effort from everyone involved to keep the project progressing on schedule.
