Project Commencement & Planning Policy

1. Deposit Requirement Upon agreement of the quoted price, a deposit of £70 is required to officially book your project into our schedule.
This amount will be fully deducted from your final balance.

2. Pre-Project Planning and Consultation
to protect our business resources and ensure fairness to all scheduled clients, no project planning, color consultations, material sourcing, or site preparation advice will be undertaken prior to the receipt and clearance of the deposit.

3. Date Allocation Provisional dates discussed during the quoting process are not locked in. Dates will only be guaranteed once the deposit is cleared. If the deposit is delayed, these dates may be offered to other clients on our waiting list.

4. Sourcing of Materials Paint and trade materials will only be ordered once the deposit has been processed.
