Set against the rugged topography of Farmakas in the Troodos mountain range, Αίθρα is a luxury retreat offering a sensitive architectural response to its context. The design features a cascading arrangement of minimalist pitched-roof cabins. Elevated lightly on slender pilotis, these pavilions minimize ecological impact while maximizing sweeping valley views.

To immerse guests fully in the landscape, each dwelling is outfitted with a private viewing platform, an intimate fire pit, and a secluded plunge pool. A central, terraced pedestrian spine anchors the steep site, gracefully weaving through native pines to connect these private sanctuaries.

By reinterpreting vernacular mountain typologies through a contemporary lens, the masterplan establishes an elegant dialogue between modern luxury living + raw natural context.

The dressing areas in our new inner-city hotel suites are designed to feel like your own personal boutique. The introduction of glass-enclosed walk-in wardrobes featuring integrated architectural lighting, are designed to showcase rather than simply store. Paired with a bespoke floating timber make-up vanity station, an oversized geometric mirror + warm leather accents, it provides a moment of quiet luxury before stepping out into the London rush.
