Complete restoration of a building that has been converted to offices but because of it Status, Grade Listed building we had to restore it to its original state including using same workmanship! Before and after images.

Enforcement interest removed no fine but it cost a penny. Get advice before you do any works. Even the new PD laws require drawings for a Certificate of Lawfulness to be issued. But with the right team you shouldn’t go wrong..

Not easy drawing all the moulds but we did good!
