There’s been plenty of activity on site at Ridgebrook Road, with further wall panels recently delivered and the development continuing to take shape 🏗️

Recent works have included the installation of external cladding, internal works, plumbing and electrical works, as our team continues to make progress across the development.

Ridgebrook Road is one of three sites forming The Brooks development for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, which will deliver 80 new sustainable council homes across Rochester Way in Kidbrooke.

The homes are being constructed using Structural Insulated Panels, a Modern Method of Construction that supports efficient, high quality and sustainable delivery. The development is designed to achieve net zero carbon emissions, helping to reduce running costs for future residents.

A big thank you to our project team and supply chain partners for their continued hard work and commitment as the development moves forward.

We’re delighted to share that our Worcester Close project for Gravesham Borough Council has been nominated for the Occupant Impact Award at the London Construction Awards 2026 🏆

For us, the real measure of a successful project is the difference it makes to people’s lives, and we’re particularly proud that the impact of Worcester Close has been recognised through this nomination.

The project delivered 8 new affordable homes for local people on the housing register. The properties incorporate sustainable technologies to help reduce energy use and running costs for residents, supporting more affordable and efficient living over the long term.

The project also utilised sustainable Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), demonstrating how innovative construction approaches can help us deliver high quality homes while considering their environmental impact.

We want to extend our thanks to Frankham Group, British Offsite Ltd and everyone involved in the project, and to Gravesham for working with us to deliver these homes for the local community.

It’s great to see further progress taking place at our Midfield Primary School project for Bromley Council 🏫

Since the children returned to school earlier this month, our team has been working within a live school environment, carefully coordinating works to minimise disruption while maintaining a safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Recent works include the replacement of the ceiling within the stairwell and the installation of insulation to the main roof. We’re now continuing to carry out internal works, helping bring the new classroom spaces closer to completion.

Working in an operational school requires careful planning, communication and coordination, and our team continues to work closely with the school to keep the project progressing safely and efficiently.

We’re proud to be championing local football throughout the 2026/27 season ⚽

We’ve supported Bromley FC for a number of years, and it’s fantastic to see the club’s continued success and their promotion to League One this season. We’re delighted to continue our partnership and look forward to cheering on the club as they take on this exciting new chapter.

This season also sees us begin new sponsorships with Lewisham Borough CFC and CWFC and we’re pleased to be supporting both clubs and the important role they play within their local communities.

We’re also committed to encouraging and promoting sport for young people, supporting Westside Royals Under 18s, as well as continuing our support for South Thames Girls Under 13s.

We believe sport plays an important role in helping young people stay physically active and mentally healthy, while developing confidence, teamwork and resilience. Grassroots football provides fantastic opportunities to make friends, build a sense of belonging and be part of the local community, and we’re pleased to play our part in supporting that.

Take a look around our development at Worcester Close 🏡

We are pleased to have recently celebrated the completion of our new residential development for Gravesham Borough Council, delivering eight new council homes which will be offered for affordable rent to local residents on the housing register.

It was fantastic to mark the completion of the development with Leader of Gravesham Borough Council, John Burden, and members of the council in attendance, alongside everyone who has played a part in bringing the scheme forward.

The scheme showcases how modern methods of construction can support the delivery of high quality, energy conscious homes. Working in partnership with British Offsite Ltd, the project utilised structural insulated light gauge steel frame panels, helping to support an accelerated build programme, enhance thermal performance and reduce material waste.

Most importantly, these homes will provide high quality, affordable accommodation for local residents, helping to support Gravesham Borough Council’s commitment to expanding its local housing stock.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in the successful delivery of Worcester Close. We look forward to seeing these new homes become part of the local community.

We’re pleased to have begun works on two new projects for mhs homes group at Leander Road and Burma Way.

📍 Leander Road: Works have now commenced on the roof replacement of this residential block, helping to improve the condition, performance and longevity of the building for residents.

📍 Burma Way: Scaffolding is now being erected ahead of the roofing and window renewal programme. These works will help to improve the external condition and performance of the properties.

A great start to two projects that will make a positive difference to the homes and communities they serve. We look forward to sharing further progress as the works develop.

We were delighted to sponsor Phoenix Community Housing’s Summer Fun events, offering a host of free activities for local residents and their families during the school holidays ☀️

As part of our sponsorship, we helped fund a balloon modeller, providing entertainment for children and families attending the events.

The events welcomed 416 adults and children in total, with 97% of attendees saying that attending helped them feel part of their community. One resident said: “Events like this are valuable when you have three kids and not much money coming in.”

We’re proud to have played a small part in supporting an initiative that brings people together, creates positive experiences for families and helps strengthen the local community.
