Well it's 20 days and counting. Got to say I'm REALLY excited/terrified now!!! 😃😳

On the 2nd November our Equipment Officer and keen hill runner, Nick Ogden will be taking part in an unusual race event.

The Golspie Backyard Ultra, is being held at Dunrobin castle. It's a last person standing race, beginning at 10am and going on until.....well, there's only one person left?

Assynt mountain rescue team are supporting the event by providing medical cover for the competitors. This is perhaps a good thing as Nick intends to run until his legs fall off; obviously we’ll be standing by...
