‼️Job complete in gorebridge‼️

New single ply flat roof installed to this new extension built out the back of this property in gorebridge.

All deck primed with alwitra single ply glue✅️

Alwitra single ply installed using the hot air gun to weld all the laps shut. This ensures the roof is 100% water tight✅️

Trim detail round perimeter edge with a cover tape to ensure no water gets underneath the trims. All tapes welded with the hot air gun. Trims give a nice finish to the edges of Buildings✅️

‼️Job complete in loanhead‼️

New 4 layer felt system installed as the old roof was in bad condition and only had one layer of 4mm plain felt on it. New deep flow gutter fitted to each side of the roof with new downpipes to match.

New 12mm osb board was put down to strengthen the structure of the roof.✅️

First layer of tack layer done.✅️

Insulation done.✅️

2mm torch on layer burnt to the insulation. ✅️

Finished with grey top layer of 4mm mineral felt finished to a high standard with bleed out every lap to insure the roof is 100% watertight.✅️

New black deep flow gutters and downpipes fitted is well✅️
