Bathroom transformation finished off ✅🛁

Out with the old bath and dated tiles, and in with a much cleaner, more modern setup.

This one included:

* Old bathroom stripped out
* New shower tray and waste fitted
* New grey wall tiles throughout
* Dual-head electric shower installed
* Glass shower screen fitted
* Towel radiator refitted
* Plumbing altered where needed
* Existing flooring and suite worked around

Really pleased with how this one has turned out — a massive difference from where it started! 🔨👌

Finally got this one over the line! 🙌🔨

After a little wait for the glass balustrade to arrive, this 10m x 4m composite decking area at a local pub is now complete — and what a spot for it! 🍻🌿

Being a commercial property, the subframe was built using 8x2 C24 structural timber, giving the decking plenty of strength and durability for the heavier use it’ll see.

Finished with low-maintenance composite decking throughout and a stainless steel & glass balustrade, keeping the area safe while still making the most of those cracking views overlooking the river. 👌

A great transformation and a brilliant outdoor space ready to be enjoyed! ☀️🍺

Little tiling job complete for the Mrs! 🏡✨

This tired, rotten timber decking was completely removed and replaced with a brand-new structure and modern composite decking finish.

✅ Old rotten timber decking removed
✅ New treated timber subframe/base installed
✅ Premium grey composite decking fitted
✅ Bespoke access hatch built into the decking to provide easy access to the manhole underneath
✅ Custom detailing around existing walls and features

🏡 Another project completed!

We’ve fitted Belize Oak internal doors throughout the property, installed new flooring, and completed a downstairs toilet refurbishment.

The new doors have given the home a fresh, modern look while adding warmth and character throughout.

Another roof transformation completed ✔️

This one was taken right back to basics — fully stripped out to expose the structure. We replaced a number of damaged rafters, then installed new breathable felt and fresh battens to bring everything back up to standard. Finished off with a full re-slate, leaving a clean, strong, and long-lasting roof 👌

Big difference from start to finish on this one — not just cosmetic, but structurally sound for years to come.

Another big step forward on one of our larger projects 💪🏻

All flooring has now been fully insulated for improved noise reduction, and the ceilings and walls are completely plasterboarded throughout. Everything is now set and ready for the plasterer and tiler to get started 🔨

From there, we’ll be moving straight onto second fix 👌🏻

Great progress being made—bringing it all together nicely
