We're looking for another experienced electrician to join the team at Dinefwr Electrical & Solar Ltd, based near Llandeilo.

We're looking for someone who can confidently run their own electrical jobs, but also enjoys being part of a team and is interested in getting involved with our growing renewable energy work.

A stunning property recently completed by the team where we were proud to deliver the renewable energy installation together with new exterior lighting upgrades ✨

Solar PV installation ✔️

The new lighting has really helped lift the outside areas and complement the character of the house - I'll have to head back at some point to properly capture it after dark!

This week's clean upgrade completed at this stunning welsh cottage in Mid Wales ⚡️

Following a recent re-roof, the solar panels had already been installed by the customer's roofing contractor when we were asked to complete the installation ready for a 6.0kW Eleven Energy system 🌱

The customer has also opted for a myenergi eddi solar diverter, allowing surplus solar energy once the batteries are full to be diverted into the hot water immersion and also a night storage heater to provide additional warmth to the property ☀️🏡

We’ve also installed an EPS (Emergency Power Supply) backup system covering the borehole pump and selected kitchen sockets - meaning that in the event of a grid failure, the property can still have access to fresh water and enough power to boil the kettle for a brew ☕💧

Eleven Energy’s innovative sodium battery technology offers a safer, more sustainable approach to energy storage, with excellent performance and reliability.

Another local install completed 🌞⚡🔋

This one is an 18-panel system (8.10kW), with 9kWh of Eleven Energy battery storage to follow once stock arrives.

The solar side is already up and running, and we’ve fitted optimisers across the array to help maintain strong performance even with some shading across the roof.

A great setup that will make a real difference to how this home uses its energy day to day - especially as we head into the brighter months.
