We were approached by the owner if we could help. They even told us as we go there to start the work we have had to put pans on the floor so we knew where to avoid.

The whole section of this floor had gone soft from a previous leak. But the water remained trapped in the insulation with nowhere to go. And over time soaked into the floor and rotted it. We removed the old floor covering and cut out all the old damaged floor replacing it with new fresh timber. Then we replaced the floor covering.

We haven't played this for a while. Who can guess this park?

A lot of people ask us various things. Which tend to start with, is it possible to........ and this one was no exception. We were asked. The sound system isn't the best and little dated, also they said it didn't give the best sound. And with technology moving on could we do something?

So it was out with the old and in with the new, as they say. So we took out the old five inch speakers and fitted some six and half inch Bluetooth speakers. So now when the owner turns on the power to their speakers it will auto connect to whatever device they have paired to them.

An owner had recently bought a caravan, and as you can see from some of the pictures the towel radiator had become very rusty. We were asked to replace it, upon arrival to change the towel radiator we noticed there weren't any radiator valves on it but instead there were isolation valves. So we replaced the isolation valves for radiator valves and fitted a white towel radiator which makes the bathroom look alot cleaner and fresher

We were asked to change the corner hand basin for an owner. They wanted it changing for a smaller one. Even though it was only a little bit smaller we were quite surprised how much more room it gave.
