Good one this, came in by what’s app, blind quoted online new plaster media section, full room. Collect a key, client goes on holiday & it’s over the line within 2 days. 30% deposit upfront and paid within an hour of completion.

No nonsense, no worry, may cost a bit more than anticipated but the results will surpass expectations.

Still, no pubs, clubs, schools, shop fronts or sitework.

Sandpaper… Did you know 80/120 in fact any grit refers to the amount of sanding particles within a 1” square of the paper. The higher the number the finer the finish.

Extensive filling (1st round) after power sand & first coat. Someone had painted over paste with thick contract Matt in the past so chemical seal in where it tried to re surface.
