🚧 We're Hiring – 3 Positions Available!🚧

MDS Contractors are looking to expand our team and currently have 3 positions available.

We're recruiting:

* 👷 1 × Skilled Labourer
* 👷 2 × Labourers (ideal for school leavers or anyone looking to start a career in construction)

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company. For the right candidates, there is the opportunity to progress onto a **Roofing Apprenticeship** and learn a skilled trade.

📍 Location: Fife

📅 Contract Duration
These positions are initially for a **5-month period**, with the opportunity to **extend into permanent employment** for the right candidates upon successful completion of the contract.

🕗 **Working Hours**
**Monday – Friday**
**8:00am – 4:30pm**

We're looking for people who are:

✅ Punctual and reliable
✅ Hardworking with a positive attitude
✅ Willing to learn and take instruction
✅ Able to work well as part of a team
✅ Looking to build a long-term career in roofing and construction

**Requirements**

* Some previous labouring experience is **preferred**, but not essential.
* No formal qualifications are required.
* A CSCS card is preferred, but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence is required for at least 2 of the 3 positions available.

💷 Pay
Pay will be National Minimum Wage or above, depending on age, experience and the role offered. **Higher rates may be available depending on experience and will be discussed further at the interview stage.

Labourer – MDS Contractors

📍 Location: Fife

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

💷 Pay Rate: national minimum wage applies (can discuss depending on experience)

MDS Contractors are currently seeking a reliable and motivated operative to join our growing property maintenance team working across Fife and the surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of health & safety regulations

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Personal Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit and able to work at height

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable and punctual

• Good communication skills

• Safety-conscious and professional

• Willingness to learn and develop

Desirable (Not Essential):

• Additional construction or trade skills

• Experience operating plant or machinery

• CSCS card

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate (National age minimum wage applies)

• Consistent Monday–Friday work 37.5hr
