itchen refurbishment completed at Marina House – Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults (Southwark).

The existing kitchen was fully stripped out, including units, worktops, sink, taps, wall tiles and flooring, before the area was prepared for refurbishment. Walls and woodwork were redecorated, and the subfloor levelled ahead of the installation of new Polysafe Standard vinyl flooring with a cap and cove finish.

The new kitchen features Clerkenwell gloss units, new worktops, sink and mono-bloc taps, together with a Whiterock splashback and new electrical outlet above the worktop. Following completion, all services were tested, waste removed, and the area left clean and ready for use.

A practical and durable upgrade delivered to support the day-to-day needs of the team and building users.

Window and security upgrade works completed at Cordwell Road – Lewisham Early Intervention Team.

Delivered within a live working environment, the project involved the removal of existing timber windows and worn security grilles across the ground and first floors. A total of 38 new UPVC windows were supplied and installed, complete with new frames, trims, ironmongery and window restrictors.

To enhance security, 19 new powder-coated mild steel security grilles with security mesh and specialist fixings were installed. The works also included making good internal and external reveals, decorating affected areas, and applying anti-pick sealants where required.

All works were completed safely using temporary scaffold access, providing a modern, secure and durable upgrade to the building.

As part of this full home renovation, the existing utility room was removed and completely remodelled to complement the new kitchen design.

A new bespoke utility space was installed to match the main kitchen, creating a seamless flow between the two areas. Finished with coordinating cabinetry, worktops and detailing, the new layout provides additional storage and functionality while maintaining a consistent, high-quality finish throughout the home.

Existing ceiling boards were removed to allow the installation of new acoustic insulation and sound-block plasterboard, helping to improve both thermal performance and sound reduction throughout the property.

At the rear of the property, the existing conservatory was demolished to create a more practical and energy-efficient living space. New windows and doors were installed, the property was externally insulated, and a modern silicone render system was applied to provide a clean, contemporary finish and improved thermal performance.

To the front elevation, existing doors and windows were replaced, the bay window was redesigned to enhance the appearance of the property, and the external walls were insulated and finished with silicone render to match.

Outdoor garden transformation completed at Thundersley Health Clinic.

Designed to create a more accessible and welcoming outdoor environment, the project included the installation of a new close-boarded fence and gate with push-to-exit access, alongside new porcelain paving to provide level routes around the garden and to designated fire exits.

The works also featured a large patio area with pergola, a separate corner seating area with pergola, granite chipping pathways, raised planting beds, and dedicated flower beds designed for roses and sensory planting. The finished space provides a practical, attractive and therapeutic outdoor area for patients, visitors and staff to enjoy throughout the year.
