📢 WE’RE HIRING – TWO PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
📍 Shearsby, Leicestershire
🕗 8:00am – 5:00pm
📅 Part-time – approximately 2 days per week
We’re currently looking for two reliable, hardworking people to join our growing team at our yard in Shearsby.
🔨 POSITION 1 – FENCE PANEL MAKER / YARD OPERATIVE
This is a hands-on role involving:
• Manufacturing and assembling fence panels
• General yard duties
• Loading and unloading materials
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised
• Serving and assisting customers
• Working both independently and alongside the rest of the team
No previous fence panel manufacturing experience is essential, as full training will be provided.
Forklift experience would be preferred, although training can also be provided.
🪚 POSITION 2 – WOOD MACHINIST / BESPOKE GATE MAKER
We’re also looking for an experienced and confident woodworker/wood machinist to work on the manufacture of our bespoke exterior timber gates.
The ideal person will be confident working with timber and woodworking machinery and capable of producing high-quality bespoke gates to different sizes, designs and specifications.
Previous woodworking, joinery or gate manufacturing experience is preferred. You must be able to work accurately, take pride in the quality of your finished work and be confident working independently.

✅ Approximately 2 days per week, with the potential for additional hours depending on workload
