Landlord testing 🏠 a couple of recent EICR finds that crop up regularly - 5 years is a long time between tests so it's inevitable that things get broken or wear out.
This spur for kitchen lights had cracked over time exposing connections that could be accessed with small fingers, and the bathroom fan had come loose from the tiles - easy fixes and a fairly priced remedial quote made for a happy landlord and tenant 😃

Addition of a double socket outlet for a new fibre / router location - simple solution that will make a big difference to trailing wires and mess. Small jobs might not seem 'worth it' to many people but I love the satisfaction a minor tweak to home electrics can bring ☺
