Sometimes it’s not just a case of picking up the tools and cracking on with a repair, it’s about being creative and working within a tight budget to get the job done.

Having been called to our customer's site to rehang a door that had come off the hinges, we discovered extensive rot making any kind of repair impossible. It had also caused damage to the frame, so our only option was replacement.

Matching the site's bespoke metal-clad doors was essential, but replacements were unavailable. With our forward thinking, proactive approach, and expert joinery skills, we modified a standard door, repurposing the old door's cladding onto the newly painted door, and replaced the frame.

The result was seamless, also keeping costs within budget leading to one happy customer.
