Customer had a leak and called me the problem was the dounut washer had not been seated properly and over time had rusted the bolts and started to leak so replaced bolts and new washer all good now .

Visited an amazing customer on Wednesday to install a new stunning radiator, I had to modify the pipework after draining down the system. Once complete everything was tested and checked and the customer was delighted with the result!

I have also prepared the rear of the kitchen unit to replace 2 stop clocks next week.

Visited a customer on Tuesday to remove their old bath and taps and replace with a new Steel Bath and Mixer Taps. When i initially quoted the customer there was concerns around Covid 19 as they have a beautiful new born son and were isolating. So myself and my colleague ensured we wore face mask and gloves throughout and disinfected all areas once we had finished.

The customer was happy with the new Bath, Taps and Panel and left some great feedback about the precautions taken.

It is always a pleasure working for great customers :)

At this lovely customers i changed 3 radiators, 2 for better more efficient ones and then the one in the bathroom to a towel rail as that is what the customer has always wanted. A small amount of pipework was amended as the radiators are deeper then the older ones.

I also fixed the toilet replacing the siphon for a better new one.

As you can see from the pictures i also ensure that everywhere is protected so your home looks as good as it did before i got there 😁

Progress so far after day 1. Wall down and corridor nearly up. Pipework has been started for the new bathroom.

Start of a big job moving the bathroom to the front of the house from the rear and installing a brand new Kitchen. This involves taking down a wall and building a new hallway for the bathroom. The video shows the upstairs which will be completed first.
